Your responsibilities

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Durchführung, Planung, Bereitstellung und Organisation aller für das Team notwendigen Materialien und Informationen.
  • Die Mitarbeit an der Ausarbeitung sowie die Aktualisierung der Kapazitäts und Personaleinsatzplanung gehören mit zu Deinen Aufgaben, ebenso die Abstimmung der Ressourcenplanung mit deinem disziplinarischen Vorgesetzten.
  • Du definierst und überwachst die Workflows für das Fehlermanagement im Prüfungsprozess.
  • Du koordinierst die Prüfarbeiten und stellst sicher, dass Termine, Kosten, Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden.
  • Du führst das technische Team fachlich an, unterstützt die Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung sowie der Korrektur von Prüfdokumenten und bist Ansprechpartner für Eskalationen bei Abläufen oder FehlteilSituationen.
  • Du prüfst, befundest, reparierst elektronische Baugruppen und Geräte für die laufende Fertigung sowie für Reparatur und Wartungsaufträge.
  • Du erledigst all diese Aufgaben eigenständig unter Beachtung der geltenden Richtlinien, internen Regelwerke und Fertigungsunterlagen.

Your profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf oder ein vergleichbares Berufsbild mit einer einschlägigen Weiterbildung als Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d).
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung konntest Du schon sammeln.
  • Du besitzt solide ITKenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Systemen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Geräten und Komponenten sowie in der Anwendung von Testmethoden, Testtools und relevanten Standards.
  • Gute ausgeprägte Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du vertrittst die Abteilungsleitung in fachlichen Themen, stellst die Erreichung von Qualitäts, Termin sowie Kostenzielen sicher und führst Mitarbeitende in neue Produkte sowie Arbeitsverfahren ein.
  • Du arbeitest teamfähig, besitzt ein hohes Konfliktlösungspotenzial und bringst eine ausgeprägte Bereitschaft zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit.
